Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Sales Manager and Executives
- Provide customer service and support when needed
- Assist in identifying new prospects
- Monitor and prepare sales performance reports
- Help out with other administrative tasks
Requirements
- College graduate of any course
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Adept in handling telephone inquiries and customer complaints
- Resourceful in problem-solving and looking for new prospects
- Knowledge and expertise in MS Office
